Change or amend airport parking booking details
Changes , amendments and refunds can be made up to 12 hours in advance of the due date of your booked airport parking. Changes to times are free , changes to dates can vary dependant on our airport parking suppliers terms and seasonal changes in price. Changes can only be made for customers who have booked with us, to make changes please call 0845 803 5434.
Cancelling an airport parking booking
There is a standard £ 5.00 cancellation fee for airport parking bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to departure day. If you have chosen and paid for the cancellation Waiver then a full refund will be given so long as you have cancelled within the correct time frame ( 48 Hours )
Changing airport parking vehicle details
Valet Parking suppliers WILL want to know if you are changing vehicles as they will be meeting you at the airport terminal.
This is not a problem. If you find that you need to change the vehicle that you are bring to the airport then please contact us 0845 803 5434, and we will pass these changes to your chosen airport parking supplier. No charges apply to vehicle changes made over 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Waiver
Our cancellation waiver costs £ 0.50 and means that if you cancel your airport parking booking within the correct time frame you will not receive a deduction to your refund of £ 5.00.
Changing Car parks of a confirmed booking
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to change your booking from one supplier to another. In order to effect this change in airport parking supplier you will need to cancel an existing booking and rebook the airport car park of your choice. ( be aware that this must be done over 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees )
