Important Information
Please arrive at the car park 1hr (1hr 30 mins at peak times 0530-0930 & 1630-1930) prior to recommended Airline check in time. Minimum stays/charges may apply.
Transfers: Airparks operates transfers 24 hours to and from Birmingham airport. Buses run every 15 minutes over to the terminal.
At the airport, transfers are available by a courtesy bus from a pick-up point outside the main terminal to the car park.
Security: Airparks is protected by barrier control, high security fencing and floodlighting, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV cameras in operation. Holds the Secured Car Parks Award.
On arrival: park in one of the marked bays and go to reception. Hand in your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference number) and your car keys. Your car will be securely parked for you while you board the FREE transfer bus to the terminal. Allow around 1 hour for check-in and transfer to the airport.
On return: Call Airparks Services on the courtesy telephone situated at Arrivals. A transfer bus will collect you and take you back to to the car park where your car will be ready for you.

Cars with trailers are permitted, though two car parking spaces must be booked - please call to establish extra charges
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans etc. are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
